We’ve been working out of this office in Salt Lake City for a good while now. Our address is Dd-36 in Sector-1, which is a pretty well-known part of Kolkata if you live around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs that have seen better days, and a whole lot of computer monitors. Being Global Recruiters Online, you’d think it would be all high-tech, but mostly it's just us on the phone or typing away at emails all day long. The street outside gets really crowded during the morning rush, so most of us try to get in early or we end up stuck in traffic for ages. There's a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually get our morning chai, and the guy there knows exactly how we like it. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but you get used to the buzz after a week or two. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people who are just looking for a decent job. It's a lot of work and sometimes it feels like we're just pushing paper, but it's what we do. We don't have any fancy posters or a big mission statement on the wall. It’s just a place where we come to work, talk to some folks, and then head home to our families in the evening. It’s simple and it works for us.
