Careerpath

We are based in Salt Lake City, specifically in Sector-I at Cb-147. If you are familiar with Kolkata, you know that Salt Lake is a bit more planned out than the older parts of the city. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. The name Careerpath is on the sign, and we spend our days looking at papers and talking to people who are trying to find their next move. It’s a small space, nothing too big or intimidating. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and usually a stack of folders that needs sorting. The 700064 area is pretty nice to walk around during lunch. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, and we just deal with it. People come in looking for help with their jobs or their futures, and we just sit down and talk to them like normal human beings. There are no scripted lines or fancy presentations here. We just look at what skills someone has and see where they might fit. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, which helps us focus on the work at hand without too many distractions from the main roads. It feels right for us. We've been in Salt Lake for a while now and know the area well. It's a good place for an office.
