We are located at Cz-7B in the Metropolitan Co-Operative Housing Society. Most people just look for the Axis Bank nearby to find us in the Dhapa area. Vinay Concrete & Aggregates Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good while. It's a bit of an interesting location for a concrete business since it's within a housing society area, but it works for our office needs. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries of aggregates and concrete from here. It’s not always quiet, especially with the bank traffic and people moving around the society. We aren't the type of company that puts on a big show. Our office is functional and maybe a little cluttered with samples and site reports. We don't have a team of sales people trying to convince you of anything. Usually, people come to us because they have a specific need for materials. We just sit down, look at the requirements, and see what can be done. It’s a very matter-of-fact way of doing business. Dhapa is a busy part of town, and being tucked away in the Metropolitan society gives us a bit of a base. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing our daily rounds, making sure things get where they need to go. No frills, just the usual work day for the staff here. The days go by pretty fast when there is a lot of material to move.
