Our branch is located at 2 Kabi Sukanta Sarani in Nabapally, which is part of the Barasat area in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station but it's a good spot for us. This Hilti office is where we keep things organized for this part of West Bengal. We handle a lot of the logistics and equipment tracking from here. The building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, we’ve got some storage space and a few desks where we handle the admin side of things. It’s often humid here, so we keep the windows shut when the rain starts. We see a lot of people from the local construction trade coming in and out to check on orders or ask about specific tools. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a functional place where we get things done. We know most of the regular guys who stop by. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Barasat is a nightmare, but we’re usually here by eight to start the day. There isn't much in the way of fancy office furniture. We use what works and spend our time making sure the deliveries are on schedule. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their way around the local industry. We don't try to make it seem more complicated than it is. It's about getting the gear where it belongs.
