Simplex Concrete Piles India Ltd.

Our office is located in Antaranga Apartment, specifically Flat C-3 on Hatiara Road. This is in the Baguiati area of Kolkata, which is always crowded and full of life. It’s a bit unusual to have a company like Simplex Concrete Piles India Ltd. running out of an apartment, but it works for us. We have our files, our computers, and a few chairs for visitors who stop by the Aswininagar post office area. From the window, you can see the busy street and the rickshaws going back and forth. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the construction sites. Concrete and piling work is messy, but the office stays relatively clean. Sometimes the neighbors in the building complain if we have too many people coming in and out, so we try to keep things quiet. We’ve been at this address for several years now. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for the staff to reach. We don’t have a big warehouse here, just the administrative side of things. Managing projects from a flat means we are right in the middle of the residential community. It feels more personal that way. We know the local tea stall owner and the security guard at the gate. It is a very Kolkata way of doing business, blending work life with the everyday rhythm of the neighborhood. We just keep moving forward.
