You’ll find us at 779 Nicholson Road, right in the middle of Kashmere Gate. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and loud it gets every single day. Our shop is old, with high ceilings and wooden shelves that go all the way up to the top. We’ve been here for generations, starting way back with my grandfather. We deal in spare parts, mostly for the older vehicle models that are getting hard to find anywhere else. The shop is a bit of a maze. If you ask for a specific bolt or gear, we usually know exactly which corner it’s tucked into, even if it looks like a giant pile of boxes to anyone else. We don't use any fancy inventory software; we still rely a lot on our memory and a thick paper register that sits on the main counter. Customers come in and sit on the old wooden bench while we dig out what they need. There’s always someone stopping by just for a chat or a cup of tea. It’s a very social way of doing business. The traffic on Nicholson Road is a total nightmare, but we’ve learned to tune out all the honking and shouting. We aren't looking to expand or move to some modern shopping mall. We like it here, where we know the history of every brick and every neighbor.
