We operate out of Sahara Apartment, specifically in Flat 1A on the AG-146 block. It is located in the Tal Bagan area of Kestopur. Being inside an apartment makes the whole workspace feel a bit different than a standard office building, but it works fine for us. We deal with HR stuff every single day. Mostly, that just means a lot of emails and endless phone calls. Kestopur is always busy, especially around the Hana Para section. The noise from the street sometimes drifts up through the windows, but you get used to it after working here for a while. We are just a small group of people working in this flat. It is not always organized perfectly and sometimes we have files sitting everywhere. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. People come by sometimes for interviews or just to drop off their personal details for our records. It can get a little crowded in the room when there are more than three or four visitors at once. We have been in this spot for some time now. Kolkata is a huge city and there are plenty of other HR firms, but we just stay focused on our little corner in Kestopur. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the applications. It is just a regular job for us.
