We are over here at AK-41 in Sector II, Salt Lake. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, especially with all the offices around. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems for the people who call us. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with some computers, a few squeaky chairs, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. People usually find us when they need something fixed or some kind of technical setup done. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. The traffic outside can get pretty loud in the afternoons, but we are used to it. Sometimes the internet acts up, like it does everywhere else in this part of town. We just get through the work, take our breaks, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a simple operation. We handle the technical side of things so other people do not have to worry about it. Most of our day is spent typing away or talking over the phone. It is nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We like the neighborhood because there are good food stalls nearby for a quick lunch. That is pretty much the whole story of what we do at Technomake.
