Mask

Mask is tucked away in the Green Valley Housing Complex over in Kaikhali. We are in Block B, specifically Flat 201. If you know Chiriamore in Kolkata, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Being in a housing complex makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. It’s quiet enough most of the time, except when there’s a festival or something going on in the neighborhood. We’ve got a small setup here. It’s just a flat where we’ve put some desks and chairs to get our work done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and the usual sounds of people living their lives in the other blocks. The walk from the main gate to Block B isn't too bad, even when it’s hot outside. We spend most of our day here, usually with a few cups of tea and the windows open when the weather is nice. It’s a simple way to work, really. No elevators to wait for, just a quick flight up to the second floor. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello. It feels local and real, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to be some big shot company; we’re just people working from a flat in Kaikhali.
