We are located over in Sector 63, specifically at H1, A/26. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood with a lot of offices and people moving around all day. Spize isn't a very big name, just a name we picked out one day. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. The kitchen is where we spend most of our hours, usually starting before the sun is fully up to get things prepped. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring. We don't have a team of waiters in uniforms. It’s just us and a couple of helpers. The floors get scuffed up from all the boots coming in from the street, but we mop them every night. We don't really go for those trendy decorations you see in the mall. We just have tables and chairs that work. If the fan is a bit noisy, well, it’s an old fan but it keeps the air moving. People from the nearby blocks come in for a quick bite during their break. We know a lot of them by name now. It’s nice to have those regulars. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we know how to cook well. We try to keep things consistent so you know what you're getting. If you’re around H1, you can’t really miss the door. It’s just a plain spot to get a meal without any fuss.
