Kapoor Caterers

You can find us at Shop No. 10 in the Shipra Rivera Tower in Indirapuram. We’ve been running Kapoor Caterers from this shop for a good while. It’s mostly a lot of cooking and organizing food for different gatherings. The kitchen area takes up most of the space, as you might expect. It smells like spices and fresh food most of the day, which isn't a bad way to work. We aren't one of those massive catering companies with a hundred trucks. We are a smaller outfit and we like to keep a close eye on everything that goes out. Most of our days are spent prepping ingredients and talking to people about what they want to eat at their parties or events. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer, but we just keep the fans going. We don't have a fancy tasting room with velvet chairs. Usually, people just come by the shop to discuss their menus and we show them what we can do. It’s a busy part of Indirapuram, so there is always a lot of foot traffic near the tower. We’ve built up a decent group of regulars who live in the apartments nearby. They know us and we know what they like. It’s a simple way of doing things, really. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time and tastes right. No big speeches or marketing gimmicks, just honest work in the kitchen.
