We are based out of the Arsh Complex in Greater Noida, specifically room 104 in Alpha-I. Mr. Sameer Saxena is the one who keeps things running here. Since we are in the food business, there is always a lot to talk about regarding menus and suppliers. It’s not a restaurant itself, more like the brain where we plan everything out. We have stacks of folders with different recipes and vendor lists. The office is small but we have a good coffee machine because we stay late many nights. Alpha-I is a decent area, though finding the right block in the complex takes a minute if it's your first time visiting. We spend our days making sure the kitchens we manage have everything they need. Sometimes there's a crisis with a delivery or a stove breaks down, and we have to handle it from here. It's a bit of a juggle. We don’t have fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and some charts to keep track of events. We’ve been in this part of U.P. for some time now. People around here know we take the work seriously even if we don't act like a big corporate office. It’s just about getting good food to the right places at the right time. We often have samples of new ingredients sitting around that we need to test out. It makes the office smell like spices some days, which is better than old paper.
