Cilantro Food Products Pvt Ltd is located over at A-52 in Sector-83, Phase-II. It’s a bit of an industrial layout, but we’ve made a home for ourselves here. Since we deal with food products, the smell around the office is usually pretty interesting, depending on what’s being processed that day. We aren't a big, shiny food factory you see on TV. We’re a smaller operation where everyone wears multiple hats. One minute you might be checking a shipment of spices, and the next you’re helping with the packaging or answering the door. The space is filled with bags, boxes, and the sounds of small machinery hum in the background. We try to keep things clean and orderly, as you have to with food, but it’s definitely a working environment. We don’t have any slick marketing people telling us what to say. We just make the products and send them out. Most of our day is spent making sure the quality is what it should be and that the labels are put on straight. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. We have our tea breaks out front when the weather allows. We’ve been in Phase-II for a while now and know the neighbors. It’s just a group of regular people working hard to put out good food products without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere.
