Our spot is at H-123 in Sector-22, Noida. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a while. Being with Mc Donald India at this specific location means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices comes in at once. The kitchen is always hot and there’s always something that needs cleaning or restocking. We don't have any fancy offices; most of the work happens right behind the counter or in the small back room where we keep the supplies. Sector-22 is a good place to be because there’s always something happening on the street. We’ve got a mix of young staff and some older folks who have been here for years. We don't really go for those big slogans you see in ads. We just try to get the orders right and keep the line moving so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the soda machine breaks or we run out of napkins, and we just have to deal with it on the fly. It’s a very practical kind of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the food is ready when people want it. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us on our feet all day long.
