Nirulas 21S

We are over in Sector 18 of Noida, specifically at C-19. The 201301 area is always moving, especially with all the offices and shops nearby. Sector 18 is a bit of a hub, so there is never a quiet moment outside our doors. We’ve set up our spot to be a place where you can just come in and eat without any fuss. The building is a standard one for this sector. We don't have any elaborate decor or anything that looks too polished. It’s just a practical space with tables and chairs. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen getting ready for the people who come in during their lunch breaks. We have a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning or serving. We don't follow any corporate handbooks. We just know how we like things done and we stick to that. The neighborhood has changed a lot with new malls and buildings coming up, but our little corner at C-19 stays pretty much the same. We like the consistency of it. It’s a lot of work to keep things running smoothly, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like second nature now. We don't make big promises; we just show up and open the doors every morning for the office crowd and locals. It’s a simple business for people who are around.
