We're situated at House No B-156 in Sector Alpha-1, out in Greater Noida. This isn't one of those big malls where you usually see the Nirula’s name. This is more of an administrative spot for us. It’s a regular house that’s been converted into an office, so it has a much more personal, almost quiet feel compared to the busy food outlets. We’ve got our desks set up in the different rooms, and it’s where we handle the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and inventory tracking. It’s a bit of a drive out here for some of us, but Alpha-1 is a decent enough area with a bit more space than central Delhi. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone in suits greeting you at the door. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure the ice cream and food business runs smoothly from the back end. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for our own tea, just like any other small office. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. It’s not about being flashy; it’s just about getting the daily tasks out of the way so the stores can do their thing. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to spend the workday.
