Our place is at Sector 16 B1. It's a quiet little corner compared to the main roads. Seasonal Curry is basically what the name says. We try to use what is actually growing at the time, so things change a bit throughout the year. It’s just us back there in the kitchen. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. We do the shopping, the cooking, and the cleaning. Some mornings the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of the job. The dining area is small, with just a few tables. We kept the walls a plain color because we didn't see the point in anything flashy. We have a few plants in the window that we try to keep alive. Most of our customers are people who live in the apartments nearby. They know us and we know them. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. If you want to know what’s cooking, you usually have to just walk in and look at the board. We try to keep the recipes simple, the way we learned them growing up. It’s not about being the best in the city. It’s just about being here in Sector 16 and having something ready for the neighbors when they don't feel like cooking. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with it.
