Hungry India

You can find us right on the Sector 126 Taj Express Way. It’s a fast-moving area, so we see a lot of people just passing through or coming from work. Hungry India is just what we called it because it seemed to fit. We aren't a big chain or anything. It's a local business run by people who live nearby. We spend a lot of our time making sure the kitchen is stocked with what we need for the day. The traffic on the Taj Express Way can get pretty loud, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We don't have any fancy awards on the wall. We just have a kitchen and some places for people to sit down. The menu is written on a board that we update when we need to. Some days we have different things depending on what was available at the market. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the rush hours, especially in the evenings. We do our own dishes and handle the registers ourselves. We try to be honest about how long the wait will be if we're backed up. It's just a regular place for regular people. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy plating. We just want to make sure you leave with a full stomach and don't spend too much money doing it. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little shop.
