Anchor Restro Bar

Anchor Restro Bar is located at units 26 and 27 in Sector 18 C. We’ve been here for a while, watching the other shops come and go. It’s a decent sized place, though it feels smaller when the Friday night crowd starts showing up. We have a lot of wood and dark colors inside because it hides the wear and tear better. The bar is usually the busiest spot, and we spend a lot of time washing glasses and making sure we haven't run out of ice. Our staff is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that; we just try to treat people right and keep the food coming out hot. Sometimes the music is a little loud, but that’s just the vibe we ended up with. Parking in Sector 18 is always a nightmare, so we feel for our customers who have to circle the block three times. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the occasional plumbing issue ourselves. It’s a lot to manage, but we like the energy of the place when it’s full. We aren't trying to be the trendiest spot in the city, just a reliable place where you can sit down and have a drink without feeling rushed. It’s just a normal bar run by normal people who work hard. We usually lock up around midnight after a long shift.
