Vignan High School

Vignan High School is located on Bhagya Nagar Road in the Shanti Nagar area. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when all the buses and cycles are moving around. We have a solid building with several floors to accommodate different classes. It isn’t the newest building on the block, but it serves our purpose well. Inside, you will find classrooms with rows of wooden desks that have seen many years of use. We have a small staff room where the teachers gather to grade papers and drink tea between their sessions. The stairs can be a bit steep, so we always tell the children not to run. Shanti Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we get kids from all the surrounding streets. We don't have a giant sports field, but there is a courtyard where the students gather for the morning assembly. We usually have a bit of a struggle with the dust coming off the main road, so we are always sweeping the floors. The teachers here are practical people who focus on the textbooks and making sure everyone understands the day's work. We don't go in for all the flashy decorations you see in some city schools. We just keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone who wants to learn. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of history in this part of town, and we plan to stay right here on Bhagya Nagar Road for a long time.
