Brilliant Grammar High School

Starting early on the Main Road here in Yellareddy. We see the traffic picking up around the time the first bell rings. Brilliant Grammar High School has been around Nizamabad for a while now. It is a plain building, nothing too fancy, but it does the job. Most of the kids come from the nearby houses or take the bus from further out. We spend most of the morning just getting everyone into their seats. The classrooms can get a bit warm in the afternoon heat, so we keep the windows open. You can hear the vehicles passing by outside while the teachers are talking. It is just a regular school day for us. We have the usual desks and blackboards. Sometimes the power goes out and we just carry on with the lessons. The staff room is always a bit cluttered with notebooks and tea cups. We talk about the local news and how the crops are doing this season because a lot of the parents are farmers. It is a busy place but quiet once the lessons start. We try to keep the courtyard clean, though the dust from the road always finds its way in. Lunchtime is the loudest part of the day when everyone runs out to eat. Then it is back to work until the final bell rings and the Main Road gets crowded again with kids going home. We don't have much else to say about it.
