Vignan High School

Vignan High School is tucked away at H.No:-6-18-130/1 in Subhash Nagar. Since we are right here in Nizamabad, we get a lot of the local noise from the street coming inside. It is just a regular building with a few floors and stairs that everyone walks up and down all day. The morning starts with someone sweeping the front steps while the sun is still low. We have these green chalkboards that need a good scrubbing every evening so they are ready for the next day. The staff room is a bit cramped with everyone’s bags and lunch boxes, but we make it work somehow. You can see the neighborhood life right outside the windows, like the milk delivery and people heading to work. We don’t really use a lot of big words or fancy equipment around here. It is mostly about getting the books out and making sure there is enough chalk. The benches are a little scratched up from years of use, but they are still solid. On hot afternoons, the rooms get a bit stuffy, so we try to keep the doors propped open with whatever heavy objects we can find. It’s a practical place. We focus on the daily routine and making sure the attendance is taken properly. By the time evening rolls around, we’re all pretty tired and ready to lock up the main door for the night.
