Our shop is out in Najafgarh, specifically in the Dindarpur Extension at Plot No. 11. It’s on the ground floor, which is really handy for moving the heavy UPVC frames in and out without needing an elevator. Najafgarh is a bit further out than some other places, but there’s a lot of building going on here, so we stay pretty busy with window and door orders. The space is basically a workshop and a small area for paperwork. You’ll hear the sound of cutting and welding most of the day. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the plastic shavings and dust, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making windows. We have a few guys working in the back and a couple of us handling the customers and the measurements. We don't have a website that’s all shiny or anything like that. Most people just see the shop or hear about us from someone else in the colony. It’s practical work. We take the measurements, make the frames, and go install them. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit to use the machines, but we get the jobs finished eventually. We just focus on the UPVC work and try to keep the orders moving out the door as fast as we can. It’s a bit noisy and dusty, but it’s our daily routine and we like the work.
