Alpha Glasing Works

Alpha Glasing Works is out in Plot No. A-22 in the Nariyana Industrial Area, specifically Phase-Ii. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and workshops around here. Our plot is basically a big shed where we handle glass and glazing jobs. There is always the sound of cutting or the clinking of glass sheets being moved around. It is a tough environment with a lot of dust from the nearby construction and other factories. We wear heavy gloves because the edges can be sharp. The floor is concrete and we have racks everywhere to hold the different sizes of glass. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear nice clothes. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and making sure the frames are right. The industrial area can be quite loud during the day with trucks coming and going constantly. Sometimes it is hard to hear yourself talk over the noise from the unit next door. We have a small corner with a table where we keep the blueprints and the tea kettle. It is a simple life of manual labor and getting the glass fitted properly. We do not have a fancy showroom. Most of our work is done right here on the heavy wooden tables. When the sun goes down, the area gets quiet pretty fast and we lock up the big metal gates.
