We are located at 11/52 3rd Subhash Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but it gives us a decent view of the street below. Subhash Nagar is a lively area with a lot of residential houses and small shops mixed together. Our focus is on doors and windows, so we spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and taking calls from homeowners. Since we are on the third floor, we don't really have a walk-in showroom. Most people find us through word of mouth or by visiting our small office to see some samples we keep on the racks. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of window frames stored here waiting to be installed at a site. We try to keep things orderly, but with so many different sizes and styles, there’s always something taking up space in the hallway. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. We aren't corporate types; we are more likely to be found wearing jeans and carrying a tape measure. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to take our paperwork down to the chai stall at the corner to get some light and air. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our base and it works for what we do. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the windows fit.
