Upkar Packers

If you ever find yourself walking down the lanes of Ramesh Nagar, you’ll probably pass by 4/65. That’s where we are. Upkar Packers isn't a fancy setup. It’s mostly boxes, brown tape, and people trying to figure out how to fit everything into a truck. Ramesh Nagar is a crowded area, so parking is always a bit of a headache for us. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the padding is right. It gets dusty, especially when we’re moving old furniture or inventory that’s been sitting for a bit. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts. Lunch is usually someone bringing a tiffin from home and we all sit together if there’s space between the crates. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of packing materials. Sometimes customers come in looking a bit stressed about their move, and we just try to get them sorted out. The fans hum all day because it gets stuffy with all the cardboard around. It’s hard work, lifting and carrying, but it’s what we do. By the time evening rolls around and the shops in the market start lighting up, we’re usually finishing up the last few boxes. It's just a regular local business life here in this part of town. We don't worry about being perfect, we just worry about getting things packed up safely.
