Crushy Bakers

We've been at C 29/D in Green Park for a while now, right next to Aggarwal Sweets. Most people find us because they’re already grabbing something next door. It’s a busy little corner. We mostly spend our mornings getting the ovens ready and making sure everything is set for the day. Baking is a lot of work, honestly. It’s early starts and lots of cleaning up flour. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making bread and some other bits that people around Green Park seem to like. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when the morning rush hits. We try to keep things moving. The kitchen isn't huge, but it works for what we do. People ask why we picked this spot, and mostly it was just available and close to where folks live. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. You see the same faces every Tuesday or Friday. It’s nice having that kind of routine. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the job. If someone likes a loaf of bread, they tell their friend. That’s how we've stayed open. It's just a regular bakery with a few people working hard to get things out on time. Sometimes we run out of stuff early, which is annoying, but that's just how it goes when you make things fresh every day. We just focus on the baking.
