We’ve got our office at B-4, 161, in Safdarjung Enclave. It’s a bit of a mix of a residential area and small businesses, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big commercial hubs in the city. Our focus here is mostly on small and medium businesses. We aren't a giant corporation at all; we’re more like a hub where people come to get advice or find out about new regulations that affect them. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We have desks cluttered with reports, stacks of old newspapers, and a tea kettle that’s almost always running in the corner. People drop in quite often to ask questions or attend small meetings we hold in the back room. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to explain complicated rules to people who are just trying to run their own small shops. Sometimes it gets a bit unorganized, especially when we have a big event coming up soon, but we always get through it somehow. The staff knows most of the regular visitors by their first names. We don't go for flashy decor or expensive furniture here. It’s just about having a place where people feel they can actually get some help without a lot of red tape. The trees outside the window make it a nice spot to work, even when the power goes out or the internet gets a bit slow.
