You’ll find Gpa Exim on the first floor of 137 in Sant Nagar. We are in the left-side back portion of the building, which stays a little quieter than the front facing the street. East of Kailash is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive late. Our office is pretty modest. We’ve got some filing cabinets, a few old chairs, and our computers. This is where we handle all the export and import details. There is a lot of back-and-forth with different agencies and checking on regulations. It’s mostly computer work and long phone calls. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area when things calm down for a minute. The walls are a bit plain, but we’ve got a few calendars hung up to keep track of the dates. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to make sure the goods move from one place to another without any major hiccups. Being in the back portion of the floor means we don’t get a lot of walk-in traffic, which helps us focus on the paperwork. It’s a steady pace most weeks. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients updated on where their stuff is. It’s practical, everyday work for a small team like ours. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the paperwork.
