Swastik Iron & Steel Works

We've been at A-8 in the Naraina Industrial Area for a good while now, right near the PVC Cinema. Most days it’s just us here working through stacks of iron and steel. The shop floor gets pretty noisy once the machines start up in the morning. People usually find us because of the big sign outside, or they just know where Phase-I is. It’s a dusty place, mostly because of the materials we handle every day. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and making sure the cuts are right. It isn’t fancy work, but it fills the day. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break near the entrance. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the evenings when everyone is leaving the industrial area. We have a lot of scrap pieces piled up in the corner that we need to sort through eventually. It’s just the way things go when you deal with metal. Our office is small and usually has blueprints or bills sitting on the desk. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating because there’s no point when everything gets covered in a thin layer of grit anyway. We just keep the gates open and get on with the jobs that come in. It's a steady life here in Naraina, and we’re used to the routine of it all now. There's always something to move or weld or stack out back.
