Pp Steel Balls Enterprise is located over at C-72 in Kirti Nagar. If you’ve been to this part of the neighborhood, you know it’s mostly small industrial units and warehouses. Our place is no different. It’s a solid building with a heavy metal door that’s a bit hard to open when the weather changes. Inside, we have bins and bins of steel balls in all different sizes. They’re heavy, and they make a lot of noise when we’re moving them around for shipping. The lighting isn't the best, so we use some old floor lamps to see what we’re doing in the back corners. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The desk where we do the invoices is covered in catalogs and half-finished cups of coffee. We don’t really do any advertising. Most people find us because they need a specific part and someone told them to check C-72. It’s a bit of a niche business, I guess. We spend the day weighing things out and packing them into sturdy bags. It’s repetitive work, but we don't mind it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a tool or just to chat for a minute about the local news. It’s a friendly enough area. We just keep to ourselves mostly and focus on getting the orders out to whoever needs them. Nothing too complicated about how we run things.
