We are located at No. 520- A in the Ganpati Compound, which is very close to the Mansarover Park Metro Station. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the cleanest or quietest place to work, but it suits what we do with metal. The shop is full of heavy machinery and stacks of raw material waiting to be processed. Most days are spent dealing with the noise of grinders and the smell of welding. It’s hard work and we usually end the day pretty tired and covered in dust. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; we just have a small desk in the corner where we keep the invoices and the phone. The compound is always full of trucks and delivery vans, so there’s a lot of shouting and moving things around to make space. We’ve been here at Mansarover Park for quite a long time and we know the other business owners in the compound. We don't bother with promotional slogans because the work we do speaks for itself. If someone needs a specific metal part, we just figure out how to make it or where to get it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them ourselves. It’s a straightforward, gritty business that focuses on getting the orders out of the gate on time without any unnecessary talk or polish.
