Al Zamil Metal Works

You can find Al Zamil Metal Works on the top floor of the E-16 building in Dilshad Colony. We are right near the Suraksha Nursing Home, which is the easiest way to tell people where to go. Also, the Reliance Fresh is just a short walk away, so it’s a handy location for getting things done. Being on the top floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs every day. It keeps us fit, I suppose. The office itself is not very large, but it has a good view of the neighborhood roofs and the trees in the distance. We handle the metal works business from here, mostly the planning and the client meetings. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of samples lying around. The sun hits the roof directly, so it gets quite warm in the afternoons. We have some coolers to keep the temperature down. It’s a very lived-in space with bits of metal and blueprints scattered about. We don't try to keep it looking like a showroom. It’s a place where work actually happens. The colony is a mix of houses and small shops, so it feels very local and friendly. We know the people at the nursing home and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a basic setup but it has served us well for years. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the orders out on time.
