This particular office is located at Srh-15 in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. It is tucked away in a residential-style street, handled by Pradip Gupta. This isn't a big showroom with bright lights everywhere. Instead, it’s more of a quiet administrative spot where we handle the paperwork and coordination for this part of the city. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that are getting pretty full, and a phone that doesn't seem to stop ringing. The space is a bit cramped because we have boxes of samples and documents stacked up in the corners. People from the neighborhood sometimes pop their heads in to ask questions, and we just tell them what’s what. Working in Patel Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything, so there is always noise from the street and people passing by. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. Our routine is pretty much the same every week. We check the orders, talk to the distributors, and make sure the logs are updated. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s just a place where work gets done by people who have been in the industry for years and know the ropes. We just handle the business and try to keep things organized.
