Our building is 9b in the South Extension of Narol. If you’ve ever been to Narol, you know it’s basically the heart of the textile industry around here. It’s dusty and there are always trucks carrying fabric rolls up and down the roads. Our unit is pretty straightforward. We don't have any decorations on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to store and move textiles. We spend a lot of time checking the fabric for any flaws and making sure the colors match what was ordered. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important. The summers here get really hot, and the warehouse can feel like an oven sometimes, but we just keep the fans running and get on with it. We have a small area where we sit to have our lunch and chat about things other than work for a bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a very basic operation, just the way we like it. We handle the textiles, talk to the transporters, and keep an eye on the stock levels throughout the week. It keeps us quite busy enough.
