Our office is tucked away in Platinum Heights over in Sector-18 B, Dwarka. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses around, but we’ve made our spot in B-121. We spend most of our time dealing with fabrics and textile exports. There is a lot of paperwork involved in sending stuff across borders, so the desks are usually piled high with folders. We started out small and just kept going until we needed more room for everyone. Dwarka is a good place for us because it’s connected well enough to get where we need to go. We handle the orders and talk to the suppliers all day. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed at the port or a sample doesn't look quite right, and we have to fix it fast. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know how each other works. We grab lunch nearby at the local stalls and then get back to the emails. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the textiles from the mills to the people who need them. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. The air conditioning in the building struggles in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here, nothing too fancy, just keeping the fabric moving to where it belongs.
