Our place is located in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I, specifically at A-84/3. It’s right near VR Naraina, so most people don’t have too much trouble finding the turn-off. Working in an industrial zone like this means there is always noise from machinery and trucks moving around. Slotco Steel Products has been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time. It's a functional space, mostly dedicated to handling the steel and getting things ready for transport. We don't have fancy office furniture or a lounge for visitors. It’s a dusty environment sometimes, which is expected when you're dealing with metal products all day. The staff here knows the routine well. We start early, usually before the heat of the day gets too bad. There’s a rhythm to how we move the materials and manage the stock. We aren't trying to be anything more than a small local manufacturer. The building itself is sturdy and serves its purpose. We keep things simple and avoid unnecessary overheads. It’s just how we prefer to run things. The neighbors are mostly other industrial units, so we all understand the way the day goes. Sometimes we have a quick chat near the gate during breaks, but mostly everyone is busy with their own production schedules. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of the Naraina community. We just stay focused on the tasks we have each morning.
