Shivam Ss Steel Works

Our shop, Shivam Ss Steel Works, is located at Wz-0300 on the road that goes between Palam and Dwarka. A big landmark near us is the Jaat Chopal. If you are in the Palam area, it is not too hard to find. We work specifically with stainless steel here. You will see a lot of shiny pipes and sheets stacked up inside the shop. The work involves a lot of grinding and polishing, so there is usually a fine dust in the air. We wear masks sometimes when the sparks are flying. The Jaat Chopal is where a lot of local people gather, so there is always something happening nearby. Our shop floor is hard concrete, and it's covered with bits of steel and various tools. We have a few heavy machines for bending and cutting the steel. It gets noisy when the grinders are running, which is most of the day. The road outside is one of the main ways people get to Dwarka, so the traffic never really stops. We open the shutters early to let some fresh air in. It is just a basic steel workshop where we handle the orders as they come. There is a small corner with a few chairs for when we take a break. We’ve been at this Palam location for a while now and know the rhythm of the street.
