You can find Satish Fine Arts right in the middle of the action at Janpath. We are at Shop-6 in the Tibetan Market, which is located just outside the Imperial Hotel. If you’ve ever walked down Janpath, you know the area is always filled with tourists and locals looking at all sorts of things. The Tibetan Market is a specific row of shops, and we are one of them. It’s a small space, as most of the shops there are, but we make it work. Being near the Imperial Hotel means there are always people walking by. Shop-6 is just a humble little spot. We don't have any corporate offices or big teams. It’s mostly just us at Satish Fine Arts. We spend our days talking to people who stop by and looking out at the street. Janpath has a very specific energy, especially in the afternoons when it gets really crowded. We’ve been here long enough that the nearby shopkeepers are all familiar faces. It’s not a polished business environment. It’s just a market stall where we do our business every day. No mission statements, no big promises, just a shop at a famous address. We open up, set things out, and see who comes by. It’s a simple life in a very busy part of Delhi. We wouldn’t have it any other way, really. It’s a bit cramped, but that is part of the charm of the Tibetan Market. We have our little corner and that is enough for us to keep going.
