We’ve been running things here at Saksham Impex Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our office is tucked away at 321-S in Chirag Dilli Village. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the narrow lanes and all the people moving around. We deal with a lot of import and export paperwork every day. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the amount of boxes and documents piled up on the desks, but we manage to keep things moving. Most of us have lived or worked around this part of Delhi for years, so we know the shortcuts and the local tea stalls pretty well. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure shipments are where they need to be. Traffic in Chirag Dilli can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our loading done early in the morning if possible. It’s a bit noisy with the bikes passing by outside, but you get used to it after the first week. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a handful of us making sure the business stays on track. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way.
