We operate out of D-159 A in Okhla Phase-1. It’s an industrial area, as most people know. There are a lot of warehouses and small offices around us. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. Trucks are always coming and going. We have our own small space here. It’s mostly just shelves and some desks. We handle international stuff, but we aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us making sure everything goes where it's supposed to. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. Other days it's much quieter and we just catch up on things. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see us working on some boxes or checking lists. Okhla is a tough place to navigate sometimes if you don't know the shortcuts. We’ve learned them all over the years. We like it here though. It’s where the action is. We just focus on getting things done properly. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We prefer to keep it practical. It’s just a regular business in a busy part of Delhi. We do what we do and try not to make it more complicated than it needs to be. That's just our way of working. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
