Being based at D-38 in Mansarover Garden means we are right in the middle of things. R.R. Oomerbhoy Pvt. Ltd. has been at this address for a long while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than a big industrial park, which we like. We have our office set up here, and it’s a fairly straightforward place to work. There’s no big glass lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, filing cabinets, and people on the phones or computers. Most of us live nearby or have a short commute, so we’ve become a part of the local scene. You might see us grabbing tea at the corner shop during breaks. We don’t really go for big meetings with lots of slides and presentations. It’s more about sitting down and talking through what needs to happen next. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the daily paperwork. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of the deal of working in an older part of the city. We don't try to act like we're some giant global corporation. We're just a group of people working out of a house-turned-office in Mansarover Garden, making sure the business stays steady day after day. It’s a simple routine we’ve got going, and we like it that way.
