Ritika Projects International

We operate out of number 94 in the Lok Vihar Apartments. It’s a residential area in Vikas Puri, so it doesn't feel like a typical office environment. We like it that way because it's quieter and feels more like a home. Ritika Projects International is basically a small team of us working out of a few rooms. We have desks set up where there used to be a living room. Most of our work involves planning and managing different projects, so we have lots of maps and charts pinned to the walls. It can get a bit cluttered with all the files and folders, but we manage to stay on top of things. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, though you can hear the kids playing outside or the neighbors talking. It’s a nice change from being in a cold glass building. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a guard at the door. If you come by, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We’ve been in this apartment for several years and the people around here know us well. Sometimes we walk over to the local market to grab some snacks or lunch. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't looking to move to a big office park anytime soon because this works for us. We just keep doing our work, one project at a time.
