We’ve been here in Rajouri Garden for quite a while now. You can find us at No. H-75, specifically in Shop No. 2 down in the basement. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People mostly come to us for jewelry needs, and being in the basement means it’s a bit quieter than the main street noise sometimes. We’ve kept the shop running through all sorts of weather and changes in the neighborhood. Dhingra Jewel Palace Ltd. is basically just us doing our daily work. It’s not a huge fancy place, just a basement shop where we handle what needs to be done. We open up every morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes the basement gets a bit cramped when things are busy, but we manage. Most of our regulars know exactly where to find us. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Word usually gets around from people who live nearby or those just passing through the Garden. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our glass cases and the usual tools for the trade. Nothing too complicated or flashy. If you are walking around Rajouri Garden and look for the H-75 sign, you’ll see the stairs going down. That’s where we are. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the pieces we have in front of us. It’s a steady kind of life here in the shop. We’ve seen kids grow up and become customers themselves, which is something you only see when you stay in one place long enough.
