We have our shop, Dhandia Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., located at C-6 in Greater Kailash-1. It is a busy part of Delhi. We have been working from this location for quite a long time now. The street gets crowded with cars and people shopping in the market nearby. Inside, we just keep things simple. We deal with jewelry. People usually come in with something specific in mind. Sometimes they just want to look around. We don't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. It’s not our style. My family has been involved in this for years. We know most of the regular faces who walk through the door. The shop has a lot of history to it. We don't have a corporate office or anything. This is where everything happens. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other days it’s quiet. We handle the paperwork and the customers ourselves. It's a lot of responsibility but we've gotten used to it. The GK-1 area has changed a lot since we first started, with new cafes and shops opening up every month. We just stay here at C-6 and keep doing what we do. It’s a solid place to be. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for decades. That is how we keep going. It is just a local business with deep roots in the community.
