Bharv Gems

We are located at A-33 in the Indian Bank Building. It’s in Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Having the bank in the same building makes it very easy for people to find us. Bharv Gems is more of a professional office than a retail shop. We don't have jewelry on display in the windows. We work from a small suite on one of the floors. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some good lighting for looking at stones. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the gems we get. It’s a quiet place to work, which is nice. We don't have people walking in off the street every minute. Most of our clients call us ahead of time. We keep things very basic here. There are no fancy decorations or corporate logos everywhere. It’s just a place where we do our business. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for a while and like the area. It’s easy to get to. Sometimes we have to go out to meet with other dealers, but usually, one of us is in the office. We use a simple computer to keep track of what we have. We don't bother with big marketing plans or anything like that. We just try to be honest about the stones we have. If someone needs something specific, we see if we can find it for them. It’s a straightforward way to work. We are just here every day.
