Our address is No. 42-4895 Reghar Pura in Karol Bagh. It is a busy part of the city where a lot of jewellery work happens behind the scenes. Our space is not a big showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. It’s more of a workshop where we actually handle the pieces. We spend most of our day sitting at the benches. The lighting has to be just right, so we have these strong lamps that we move around. Reghar Pura is a maze of streets, and it took us a while to get used to it when we first started. Now we know all the short cuts. There are many other people doing similar work nearby, so you always hear the sound of tools and metal. It’s a very practical place. We don't really have a big sign outside. People find us because they know the area. We do a lot of the same things every day, like checking the settings on rings or looking at the polish on a necklace. It gets very hot during the summer months, and we just keep the fans going and try to stay cool with cold water. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the jewellery is ready for the customers. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish, but that is just how it is in Karol Bagh.
