Bank Street is famous for this kind of work, so there are a lot of shops around here, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. The shop isn't overly decorated. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. There are benches for the staff and a few chairs for whoever walks in the door. The street outside is always humming with activity, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes it gets so loud we have to close the front door just to hear what someone is saying. We’ve been in Karol Bagh for many years. It's a place where you really have to know your stuff because everyone else around here does too. We keep our inventory in the safes and pull things out when needed. It’s a bit of a routine. Every morning we unlock everything and every evening we put it all back. The floors are a bit worn from all the feet walking over them, but that’s fine. It shows we’ve been busy. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the job. People know where we are and what we do. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No need to make things more complicated than they are. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
