Our office is located at 711, Ansal Chamber-Ii, at 9, Bhikaji Cama Place. It is a standard office building in a busy part of the city. Rajhans Refractores Pvt. Ltd. is what it says on our door. When you walk into the building, you have to take the elevator up to the seventh floor. The office itself is quite functional. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files related to the refractory business. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it’s where we do all our planning and coordination. Bhikaji Cama Place is always full of people in suits or workers moving things around. We are just one of many businesses in this complex. Our windows look out over the city, which is nice when the weather is clear. We spend our days talking to suppliers and customers, mostly on the phone or through emails. There is a lot of technical talk about materials that can stand up to high heat. It’s a niche business, and we’ve been doing it for a long time. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just handle the orders and make sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a regular office life with tea breaks and the usual morning rush to get in on time. We just do our part and keep the business running.
