This Radisson location is at C-15 in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a bit different from the huge hotels you might see by the airport. Being in Malviya Nagar means we are right in a residential and commercial mix, so the vibe is a lot more local. The 110017 pin code area is always humming with activity. The building at C-15 isn't some massive tower; it’s more integrated into the neighborhood street. We have a small team here, and we spend a lot of time making sure everything is running smoothly. Some days the lobby is full of people waiting, and other days it’s just us catching up on chores. The street outside can get pretty packed with cars, especially during the evening market rush. We usually have to help people find their way because the turns in Malviya Nagar can be a little confusing if you aren't from around here. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words for what we do; we just make sure the rooms are tidy and the guests have what they need. The staff mostly knows the neighborhood well, so we can tell people where to get the best snacks or which way the main road is. It feels more like being part of a community than just a business. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily list of things that need fixing or cleaning.
